AMR FOR AUTONOMOUS PALLET TRANSPORT

ROBOTIZE GOPAL (MAX 1.2 TO)

New standards in your intralogistics: MOBILE ROBOTS with the Robotize GoPal

While the degree of automation in the production of efficient medium-sized industrial companies and handicraft enterprises is increasing and automated processes are more established in warehouse management, internal transportation often still has a high potential for efficiency improvements. Incoming and outgoing goods flood the production halls, outdated technologies or manual task performance require high personnel deployment and entail an increased risk of accidents.

The MOBILE ROBOTS team offers the key to this with the most convenient individual solutions for each case by integrating autonomous mobile robots (AMR). With the Robotize GoPal model family, we automate your pallet transport in a wide range of industries and set new standards in flexibility, efficiency and safety. Robotize provides a complete solution with all necessary accessories that can be easily integrated into your current workflow. The automated guided vehicle system is available in four model variants from 425 kg to 1.2 to payload and is suitable as part of Industry 4.0 automation or can be used as a stand-alone system.

For loading or unloading, the Robotize GoPal parks in pallet stations under Euro or industrial pallets and lifts them up. Depending on your requirements, you can configure your GoPal solution individually from a selection of different stations, e.g. with a conveyor interface or as a lifting station.

The autonomous mobile robot is simply integrated into the existing production environment within a few days, without any necessary adjustments to your plant layout, floor markings or reflectors, and navigates "plug & transport" within the initially mapped environment completely autonomously. The only structural requirement is a functioning WLAN network in the working area of the automated guided vehicle system.

Rethinking pallet transport: The autonomous mobile robot Robotize GoPal

Permanent data collection provides the basis for system-internal route and material flow optimizations. In this way, Robotize GoPal provides you with all the necessary data in the shortest possible time in order to continuously optimize your internal logistics as a whole. Manual interventions for detailed adjustments of the system or as a result of changes in the working environment can be carried out independently at any time. With an intuitive user interface, you can create traffic rules, speed limits, and no-go zones or map new work areas with little effort. Due to the fully certified safety solution, these adaptations do not require separate acceptance.

As one of the most maneuverable and agile autonomous mobile robots, the Robotize GoPal requires less space than an employee with a lift truck when performing its work. Thanks to its dynamic responsiveness, the compact, extremely maneuverable GoPal platform, which can rotate on its own axis, can find its way to the production cell even in the tightest of spaces and with narrow track widths. If obstacles block the way, the automated guided vehicle system reroutes them if possible or looks for an alternative destination route.

Each transport robot can travel up to 20 kilometers per shift and free up a full-time position for more demanding tasks. On average, the investment in a Robotize AGV pays for itself after just one year. In addition, Robotize GoPal makes an important contribution to avoiding personal contact and reducing unnecessary risk of infection - even across departments. The automated guided vehicle system has been explicitly designed for a harmonious human-machine working environment and is approved for collaborative use and direct interaction with humans. The fully CE-certified, comprehensive Robotize safety concept meets the highest technical safety standards and all relevant European standards. Thereby, the autonomous mobile robot helps to actively prevent operational accidents and contributes to a significant improvement in occupational safety.

Thanks to its advanced LiFePO4 battery technology, which enables both fast and partial charging, the Robotize GoPal automatically refuels energy when it best fits its work schedule. This ensures that in fleet management, an AMR platform is always available when it is needed - even in three-shift operation.
