Autonomous production logistics with stroke: the WEWO AGV Palletmover

The AGV Palletmover from WEWO Techmotion was developed for automatic, fast and efficient intralogistic pallet transport. As a high-lift transport robot, the driverless transport system has a wide range of applications, because in addition to pallets, it can also lift many other products and - thanks to fork support - relatively heavy weights up to a height of 2,500 mm. The design-related absence of counterweights ensures the compactness of the forked AGV. This makes the Palletmover ideally suited for a wide range of tasks across all industries, including:

• Transporting products from incoming goods to the warehouse and / or the production area;

• Picking products at the end of the production line, e.g. cartons, pallets, containers, etc;

• Feeding of outgoing goods and distribution of incoming goods.

Due to the modular design of the AGV Palletmover, the autonomous forklift can be adapted to your individual situation. For example, the transport robot can be continuously adjusted to any desired lifting height up to the maximum. The fork design can also be adapted as desired, for example to move large rollers or transport trolleys.

The equipment of the AGV Palletmover includes an informative user display in every version for managing orders or calling up the current status.

Three versions for the cross-sector use of the AGV Palletmover

The AGV Palletmover from WEWO Techmotion is available in three versions for the intelligent cross-sector optimization of your intralogistics. The variants "Standard" with a lifting height of 1,290 mm and "Stacker" with a lifting height of 2,500 mm already cover a wide range of applications.

The "Stainless Steel" type was specially designed for applications with special hygienic requirements - for example for use in the food industry. Blasted 316 stainless steel and an automatic lubrication system are used here. The housing complies with the standards of protection class IP54, the closed underside of the unit complies with IP65.
